§ 6251 Winegrape Acreage Assessment

Whenever acreage within the district is planted with winegrape plants in such a fashion as to qualify as winegrape acreage, the acreage is subject to assessment as provided in this article. (Added by Stats. 1993, Ch. 1078, Sec. 1. Effective October 11, 1993.)
