§ 61443 Confidential Records Disclosure

Any record or report which is made to the director pursuant to this article, or any contract required to be filed pursuant to this chapter, is confidential and shall not be divulged, except if necessary for the proper determination of any court proceeding or hearing before the director. (Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 156, Sec. 22. Effective July 10, 1987.)
