§ 6042 Board Meeting Requirements

The board shall meet at the call of its chairman or the secretary or at the request of any three members of the board. The board shall meet at least once a year. Members of the board shall be allowed per diem and mileage in accordance with rules of the Department of Human Resources for attendance at meetings and other board activities authorized by the board and approved by the secretary. (Amended by Stats. 2012, Ch. 665, Sec. 16. (SB 1308) Effective January 1, 2013.)
