§ 59504 Agricultural Product Definition

“Commodity” means any horticultural, viticultural, or vegetable product of the soil, aquacultural, livestock and livestock products, and poultry and poultry products. It does not, however, include milk or milk products. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 810, Sec. 23. Effective January 1, 1996.)
