§ 59237 False Marketing Reports Prohibited

It is a violation of this chapter for any person to willfully render or furnish a false or fraudulent report, statement, or record which is required by the director pursuant to any provision of this chapter, or any marketing order which is effective pursuant to this chapter. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
