§ 58922 Producer Handler Assessment Rates

Each marketing order shall indicate the maximum rate of any assessment which may be collected and the proportion, if any, of each assessment which is payable by each producer and handler that is directly regulated or affected by such marketing order. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
