• •The boss (director) can make or change rules for selling stuff (like fruits or milk) if it helps make things fair for everyone.
• •Before making or changing rules, the boss must tell everyone and have a meeting (public hearing) at least 30 days ahead.
• •If there’s a big problem (emergency), the boss can have the meeting sooner than 30 days, but they have to say why it’s urgent.

Farmers are having a hard time selling their oranges because there are too many, and prices are super low.

The boss can say, 'Let’s make a rule to help orange farmers sell their oranges better.' Then, the boss tells everyone about a meeting in 30 days to talk about it. If oranges are rotting super fast and farmers need help right away, the boss can call the meeting sooner.
