§ 57004 Market Labor Commissioner Definition

“Commissioner,” with respect to any matter which relates to a particular market, means the deputy labor commissioner who is in charge of the office of the Labor Commissioner which is located nearest to that market. (Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 585.)
