§ 56108 Permanent Farm Product Storage

• •A real business place must be a permanent building or warehouse, not a tent or temporary stand.
• •The business must own or lease the place and run a real, honest business there.
• •They must keep enough farm products in stock to meet normal business needs.
• •If it's just a short-term setup, it doesn’t count as a real business place.

A farmer sets up a tent at a fair to sell vegetables for a weekend.

This tent is not a real business place because it’s temporary. The law says a real business must be in a permanent building with enough stock for normal business.
