§ 54462 Civil Penalties For Violations

In addition to the penalty which is provided by Section 54461, any person who violates any provision of this chapter is liable civilly for a penalty in an amount not to exceed the sum of five thousand dollars ($5,000) for each and every violation. This section does not apply to Article 3.5 (commencing with Section 54451). (Amended by Stats. 1989, Ch. 510, Sec. 4.)
