§ 54145 Public Director Appointment Rules

• •They can't be more than 1/5 of all directors.

The mayor picks 2 directors who must think about what's best for everyone in the city, not just the water group. These 2 have the same vote and power as the other 8 directors. Since 2 is less than 1/5 of 10, this is allowed.
