§ 52890 Judicial Relief Actions

Either the secretary or the board may bring an action for judicial relief in a court of competent jurisdiction, which may thereafter issue a temporary restraining order, a permanent injunction, or other applicable relief. (Amended by Stats. 1995, Ch. 136, Sec. 12. Effective January 1, 1996. Conditionally inoperative on January 1, 2014, as prescribed in Section 52991.)
