§ 39711 Uht Milk And Cream Standards

UHT milk and UHT cream is market milk or market cream processed and packaged pursuant to Section 39701. A harmless edible stabilizer as specified in Title 21 of the Code of Federal Regulations may be added to UHT milk or UHT cream. (Amended by Stats. 1991, Ch. 840, Sec. 9.)
