§ 38901 Milk Product Regulation

The production and distribution of products resembling milk products, is hereby declared to be a business affected with a public interest. The provisions of this chapter are enacted in the exercise of the police powers of this state for the purpose of protecting the health, safety, and welfare of the people of this state. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1968, Ch. 1250.)
