§ 35281 Violation Penalties And Fines

Any violation of any provision of this division, or the regulations for its enforcement, is a misdemeanor. Unless a different penalty is specifically prescribed, it is punishable by a fine of not less than fifty dollars ($50) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000), or by imprisonment in the county jail not less than 10 days nor more than 90 days, or by both. (Amended by Stats. 1983, Ch. 1092, Sec. 118. Effective September 27, 1983. Operative January 1, 1984, by Sec. 427 of Ch. 1092.)
