§ 35251 Monthly Agricultural Fund Reporting

• •The boss must tell the money controller every month how much cash was collected under another rule (Section 35221).
• •The boss must also send all that money to the state’s bank account.
• •The money goes into a special fund for the food and farming department.
• •The money can only be spent the way another rule (Section 32704) says.

Imagine your school collects money from a bake sale.

The principal must tell the school’s money person how much was made and then put all that money into the school’s bank account. The money can only be used for things like buying new lunch tables, not for anything else.
