§ 35196 Butter Permit Reporting Requirements

Every person that holds a butter cutting and wrapping permit or a butter distributor’s permit shall, on or before the fifth day of those months in which a fee is due pursuant to Section 35227 or 35228, file with the director a statement which shows the exact number of pounds of butter cut, wrapped, packaged, or distributed by such person during the preceding three months. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
