§ 35102 Annual Business License Application

• •You need a license to do certain jobs or run certain businesses.
• •You have to apply for the license every year.
• •You must pay a fee to get the license.
• •If you have more than one business or job that needs a license, you need a separate license for each.

If you want to open a restaurant and also sell alcohol, you need two different licenses.

You have to apply for each license every year and pay the fee for each one. You can't use the same license for both the restaurant and selling alcohol.
