§ 34802 Milk Transport Contamination Protection

Every conveyance, while transporting milk or cream or any clean empty container which is intended for milk or cream, and any shipping platform or premises where any such container is held while waiting shipment, shall either be enclosed or provided with a canvas covering or otherwise afforded protection from the direct rays of the sun, from warm air, dust, mud, rain, and other sources of contamination. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
