• •Trucks or containers carrying milk or cream must be covered or enclosed.
• •Even empty milk containers waiting to be shipped must be protected from getting dirty.

A dairy truck is driving to the store with milk bottles in the back, but the truck has no cover.

The truck must have a cover or enclosure to keep the milk safe from sun, dust, or rain. If not, it’s breaking the law.
