§ 32732 Milk Sample Prosecution Requirements

• •If someone is accused of selling bad milk or fake milk products, the police must give them a copy of the sample they tested.
• •This rule doesn’t apply if the sample is being used to prove someone cheated on a test to get more money for their milk or cream.

A store owner is accused of selling spoiled milk.

The police must give the store owner a copy of the milk sample they tested to prove it was spoiled. If they don’t, the store owner can’t be prosecuted.
