§ 3216 Fair And Exposition Funding

Funds appropriated from the Fair and Exposition Fund may be expended for the payment of premiums, for capital outlay purposes, including the purchase of land and equipment for construction and improvements, and for the general support and maintenance of the network of California fairs and for the department’s oversight of the network of California fairs. (Added by Stats. 2024, Ch. 559, Sec. 53. (AB 2143) Effective January 1, 2025.)
