§ 29206 American Foulbrood Notice Time

If the infestation found in an apiary is American foulbrood, the time specified in the notice shall not be less than 24 hours nor more than 48 hours from the time the notice is served, except that the inspector may extend the time limit if necessary to prevent hardship and it can be done without undue danger of spreading the disease. (Added by Stats. 1987, Ch. 1404, Sec. 2.)
