§ 29156 License Revocation Procedures

Key Takeaways

  • •If you have a license (like for driving or work), the boss can take it away if you break the rules.
  • •They won’t take it away without a fair talk first.
  • •They can also say no if you try to renew your license and you’ve been breaking rules.

Example

You have a driver’s license but keep speeding and get lots of tickets.

The DMV can take away your license or refuse to let you renew it because you didn’t follow the rules.
