§ 27592 Egg Violation Hold Authority

Any enforcement officer may, while enforcing this chapter or any regulations adopted by the director pursuant to this chapter, issue a hold card for all or any part of any pack, load, lot, consignment, or shipment of eggs which are packed, stored, delivered for shipment, loaded, shipped, transported, or sold in violation of any provision of this chapter or any regulation adopted pursuant to this chapter.
