§ 27564 County Inspection Fund Reports

• •Every year, the director must make a report showing how much money was received and spent in each county.
• •The report also shows how the director spent the money given for this work.
• •If you paid for the inspection work and ask for the report in writing, the director must send you a copy.

A farmer pays fees for crop inspections every year. He wants to know how that money is being used.

The farmer can write a letter asking for the yearly money report. The director must send him the report showing where the inspection fees went.
