§ 24994 Enjoining Chapter Violations

The director may bring an action to enjoin the violation or threatened violation of any provision of this chapter or the regulations which are adopted pursuant to it in the superior court in and for the county in which the violation occurred or is about to occur. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
