§ 22048 Slaughterer Relocation Notification

Key Takeaways

  • •If you have a license to slaughter animals and you want to move to a new place, you must tell the bureau about your move.
  • •This rule is for people who already have a license, not for new applicants.
  • •You have to tell them before you move, not after.

Example

A butcher shop owner wants to move their shop to a bigger building across town.

The owner must tell the bureau about the move before they start working at the new location.
