§ 21881 Railroad Animal Collision Reporting

If any animal is killed or injured upon the right-of-way of any railroad in this state, the owner or operator of the railroad equipment injuring or killing the animal shall report it as soon as possible, but in no event later than 96 hours after the collision. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
