§ 21565 Hide Inspection Fee Prohibition

• •If a hide (animal skin) has already been checked, you can't be charged again for checking it.
• •This rule is about making sure people don't pay twice for the same check.

A farmer takes a cowhide to be checked for quality. Later, someone else wants to check the same hide.

The farmer shouldn't have to pay again because the hide was already checked once.
