§ 2151 Commissioner Vacancy Appointment Process

If a vacancy in the office of commissioner occurs, the director, upon learning of the vacancy, shall immediately transmit to the board of supervisors or other appointing power a list of persons who are licensed by him or her to be eligible for the position. (Amended by Stats. 1987, Ch. 734, Sec. 13. Effective September 18, 1987.)
