§ 21084 Feedlot Registration Cancellation

The director may cancel the registration of any feedlot in which the operator has not fed cattle for slaughter for a period of 90 days. When a feedlot has had its registration canceled for this reason, a new application shall be submitted to the Bureau of Livestock Identification for registration when cattle are again fed for slaughter. (Added by Stats. 1978, Ch. 184.)
