§ 20404 Chief'S Division Enforcement Duties

• •The chief is in charge of making sure the rules in this part of the law are followed.
• •The chief answers to the director about how they do their job.
• •The chief must manage and enforce these rules correctly.

If the chief doesn't enforce a rule about wearing helmets on bikes,

the director can ask the chief why they didn't do their job and make sure the rule is followed.
