§ 20028 Livestock Transportation Definition

“Transportation, transport, or transporting” as used in this division means to carry livestock from one place to another by means of a vehicle which may be propelled, moved, or drawn on land or water, or may be airborne. (Added by Stats. 1983, Ch. 592, Sec. 3.)
