§ 14654 Fertilizer Seizure Hold Orders

This law says that when the secretary takes any fertilizer, they must quickly send a hold order to the person who controls it, and they can put a warning tag on the fertilizer showing it’s under a hold.

If the secretary seizes any lot of fertilizing material, he or she shall immediately issue a hold order to the person that has control of that material.
