A construction manager tells a crew member to step into a marked unsafe zone after a wall collapse, and the zone is unsafe under safety regulations.

The manager broke the law by ordering the worker into the posted unsafe area, so he can be charged with a misdemeanor. If two workers are ordered in and both get hurt, each gets a separate misdemeanor charge.
