§ 12931 Pesticide Sample Enforcement Authority

The director may take samples of pesticides, make analyses or examinations of them, and make such investigations as are necessary for the full enforcement of this chapter. (Amended by Stats. 1997, Ch. 695, Sec. 32. Effective January 1, 1998.)
