§ 12113 Pest Control Dealer License Actions

The director may, after a hearing, refuse, revoke, or suspend a pest control dealer license for violation of the provisions of this division or Division 7 (commencing with Section 12501) relating to pesticides or the rules and regulations adopted pursuant to those provisions. The hearing shall be conducted in accordance with Chapter 5 (commencing with Section 11500) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code. (Amended by Stats. 1993, Ch. 620, Sec. 16. Effective January 1, 1994.)
