§ 12051 Agricultural Pest Control Licensing

It is unlawful for any person to act or offer to act as an agricultural pest control adviser without first having secured an agricultural pest control adviser’s license from the director in accordance with this chapter. (Added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1276.)
