§ 12004 Recommendation Retention Requirement

Agricultural pest control advisers and agricultural pest control operators shall retain one copy of each written recommendation for one year following the date of such recommendation. A copy of a recommendation shall be immediately furnished to the agricultural commissioner upon his request. (Repealed and added by Stats. 1971, Ch. 1276.)
