§ 11921 Pest Control Pilot Registration

• •First registration must be done in person with the county’s agricultural commissioner or director.
• •If the county has no agricultural commissioner, the director handles the registration.
• •To work in other counties, the pilot can register by mail or in person using the same prescribed forms.
• •All forms are obtained and processed in the county where the pilot first registered.

Pilot Jamie wants to spray pesticides over farms in County X and later also in County Y.

Jamie must first go to County X’s agricultural commissioner (or the director if there isn’t one) and register in person. When Jamie later wants to work in County Y, Jamie can either mail the same paperwork or go there in person, using the forms that were gotten from County X.
