§ 10923 Recordkeeping And Inspection Requirements

Every person that is subject to this chapter shall keep and maintain such records or memoranda and furnish such reports as the director by regulations may require. The records and memoranda shall be open to inspection by the director during usual business hours. (Enacted by Stats. 1967, Ch. 15.)
