§ 7460 District Committee Bylaws

Key Takeaways

  • •This rule is only for special groups made by small areas in a county, like neighborhoods.
  • •These groups must follow the big rules set by the main county group.
  • •It’s not for random groups—only the ones made the right way by the county.

Example

A neighborhood in a county wants to make a group to talk about local problems.

This group has to follow the rules of the big county group. If they don’t, this law doesn’t protect or apply to them.
