§ 7352 Republican Party Committee Rules

Key Takeaways

  • •The California Republican Party makes its own rules for picking leaders and running meetings.
  • •These rules include how to choose officers, how long they serve, and how many people need to be at a meeting to make decisions.
  • •The party also decides how to create and approve its official beliefs and goals.

Example

Imagine your school club needs to pick a new president and decide on new club rules.

Instead of the school principal making the rules, the club members get to decide how to pick their president, how long the president stays in charge, and how they will agree on new club rules. The California Republican Party works the same way—they make their own rules for these things.
