§ 6903 Governor'S Electoral Duties

• •The Governor must give a list of the names of presidential electors to the electors on or before the day they meet.

Before the presidential electors meet to vote, the Governor has to give them a list of who the electors are.

This means if you're an elector, the Governor will make sure you know who else is an elector by giving you a list of names. The Governor also has to follow any other rules the U.S. has about this process.
