§ 6860 Presidential Primary Notification

• •If enough people sign a paper to put someone on the presidential primary ballot, the Secretary of State has to tell that person or their team.

A group of people collects signatures to get their favorite candidate on the presidential primary ballot.

Once they have enough signatures, the Secretary of State must send a message to the candidate or their team to let them know they’re officially on the ballot.
