§ 6763 Delegate Selection Proportionality

The names of the grouped candidates shall be so selected that the portion of the candidates for national convention delegates residing in the northern and southern territories shall be proportional, to the nearest whole number, to the portion of the state’s Peace and Freedom Party registered voters residing in each territory as computed and certified by the Secretary of State pursuant to Section 6743.
