§ 6645 Delegation Chairperson Selection

• •If a group of delegates (who don't support a specific president) gets elected, their leader becomes the chairperson of the whole delegation.
• •If that leader can't do the job anymore, the delegates must meet and pick a new leader.
• •The way they pick the new leader is explained in another rule (Section 6644).

Imagine a school club where no one wants to be president, so they pick a leader from a group of students who don’t care who’s in charge. If that leader gets sick and can’t lead anymore, the group has to meet and vote for a new leader.

The law says the same thing happens with delegates. If their leader can’t work, they must meet and choose a new one using the rules in Section 6644.
