§ 6320 Presidential Primary Delegate Notification

Imagine your school is choosing students to go to a big national meeting. The principal of your school needs to tell the state education office how many students will go.

Just like the principal, the leader of a political party must tell the Secretary of State how many delegates will represent the state at the national party meeting, and they have to do this at least 120 days before the presidential primary.
