§ 6240 Presidential Primary Write-In Space

Notwithstanding any other provision of law, a space shall be provided on the presidential primary ballot for a voter to write in the name of a candidate for nomination by the Democratic Party for President of the United States. (Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 190, Sec. 24. (AB 1689) Effective January 1, 2011.)
