§ 6024 Delegate Allocation Backup Process

If the Chairperson of the Democratic State Central Committee fails to file the notice required by Section 6020 with the Secretary of State, the Secretary of State shall ascertain the total number of delegates from the call for the national convention issued by the Democratic National Committee and shall compute the number of delegates that may be selected from each district based on a formula specified by the Democratic National Committee. (Amended by Stats. 2010, Ch. 190, Sec. 8. (AB 1689) Effective January 1, 2011.)
